Terms and Conditions
- Applicable to former Dash Living residents only.
- The guest must have completed a previous stay with Dash Living.
- The returning customer gift card will be issued after signing the contract and completing move-in.
- For the higher-tier reward, the new booking must meet the required minimum stay period.
- This campaign is not applicable to lease renewals or extensions of the current stay.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- This campaign cannot be combined with other booking reward campaigns.
- Special Offers are contingent upon a predetermined quota of availability, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Applicable to group bookings with 2 or more confirmed bookings submitted together.
- Eligible for friends, family members, classmates, and colleagues booking at the same time.
- All guests must complete contract signing and move in for the reward to be issued.
- If part of the group cancels before move-in and the final booking number no longer meets the campaign requirement, Dash Living reserves the right to adjust the reward amount accordingly.
- Corporate bookings or partnership bookings are not eligible unless otherwise approved.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

- Referred friends must not have previously interacted with a Dash Leasing agent, or they will not be considered new customers.

- The referrer's gift card will be issued once the referred friend signs the contract and moves in. If the referred friend does not stay for the required duration, a corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out.
- A tenant can refer multiple new friends; there is no limit.
