How to redeem
- Email enquiries@thegeneralroom.com with [TGRxDash] in the subject line when signing up for a Hot Desk membership.
- On your first day, present your Dash Member Card and valid ID at reception for verification.
T&C
- This perk is valid until 31 December 2025.
- Only verified Dash members are eligible for this offer. Dash members must have at least 1 month remaining on their Dash service agreement when activating the Hot Desk membership.
- This perk is exclusively for first-time Hot Desk members at The General Room.
- The benefits will be active for the first 3 months of membership starting from the activation date. After 3 months, all credits will revert to standard Hot Desk membership entitlements.
- Printing and meeting room credits will be refreshed automatically at the start of each new month. All credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
- Meeting room access is subject to availability and requires advance booking.
- This perk cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- The offer is non-transferable to other individuals.
- The perk cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
- The General Room reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer without notice.
