About Be Motion
Be Motion is a boutique Pilates and yoga studio on Hollywood Road, Central, specialising in Reformer Pilates, Inside Flow, and Mat Yoga. With small, personalized classes (3-5 students), they create a space where you can flow with ease, glow with energy, and grow in strength.
Their intimate setting ensures personalised attention, proper alignment, and a supportive community, helping you move with confidence and mindfulness. Whether you’re strengthening on the reformer, flowing to music, or deepening your practice on the mat, Be Motion is here to support your journey.

- Advance booking is required, and class spots are subject to availability.
- This offer is available for Dash Member cardholders. The Dash Member card must be presented upon arrival for validation.
- Participants must be 18 years or older to join.
- Each booking is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeited class credit.
- Be Motion reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or locations as needed without prior notice.

- Be Motion reserves all rights and makes the final decision in case of any dispute.
