Terms & Conditions

1. The referred guest must be a first-time resident of Dash Living Carnarvon (not applicable to renewals).
2. The referred guest (student) must be currently enrolled, planning to study in 2026 at a university or post-secondary institution in Hong Kong, or a graduate within two years of graduation. The referred guest must provide valid proof of admission, current enrollment, or graduation prior to signing the agreement.
3. Offer is only applicable to agreements successfully signed between 15 April 2026 and 31 August 2026.
4. Referral Reward: Upon successful signing of the agreement and payment of the first month’s fee by the referred guest, both the referrer and the referred guest (student) will each receive a HK$500 supermarket voucher.
5. The reward is issued as a supermarket voucher and is non-redeemable for cash or other rewards.
6. Referral Conditions: The Offer is limited to 20 participants and operates on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. A referrer may refer multiple guests.
7. Each referred guest may participate once only, based on the first submitted booking form. No changes or duplicate claims will be accepted.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If so, the reward will be forfeited.
9. The supermarket vouchers will be issued between October and November 2026, after the referred guest has signed the agreement and paid the first month’s fee in full.
10. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used to any other charges.
11. Dash Living reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated where appropriate.
