How it Works
Download the “Dash Living” app from Google Play or Apple App Store
Register with the email address where you received your pre-arrival email
(*Your pre-arrival email will be sent to you 7 days prior to your arrival date.)
Check your settings in the app and ensure your Notifications is ON
Once your Room is ready, you will see the smart room key in your trips section.
Use the smart room key to unlock your door!
*Your room key will require an update every 7 days for security & validation purposes.
If there is an error within the app, go to Settings > Clear cache to refresh the key.
