• Be mindful of loud noises.

• Overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval from housemates and *Dash Community Team.

• Clean up after using shared spaces (kitchen, toilet, living room, laundry room).
• Keep your items within your assigned space in the fridge and kitchen cabinets.
• Wash dishes immediately after use.
• Do not pour food waste or oil into the sink.
• No shoes in the house.
• Keep common areas clean and tidy – repeated reminders will result in cleaning fees!

• Smoking is strictly prohibited! This includes vapes, e-cigarettes, KPods, and any other prohibited inhalants.
• A cleaning fee and fine of $200 each will be imposed on members who are found to be smoking.
• Possession of illegal items (such as vapes or KPods) will be referred to the relevant authorities and will result in eviction.

• Take out and dispose of trash regularly.
• No overnight trash as it attracts pests.
• Do not dispose of any bulky items at the refuse chute. Kindly use the designated disposal area instead.

• Treat all furnishings and fixtures with respect and care. Charges apply for any damage or misuse of items.
• Report any faulty or damaged items (furniture, appliances) promptly to the Dash Community Team.
• Avoid overloading sockets or running high-voltage appliances without Dash Community Team’s approval.

• No open flames or burning of incense and candles, as it’s a fire hazard!
• Do not paste, stick, tape, nail, or drill onto the walls, ceilings, or doors. Any wall damage or marks will result in repair charges.
• No flammable or illegal substances allowed on premises.

• Always lock the main door and close windows when leaving.
• Remember to bring your access card when leaving the property.
• Return letterbox key to designated spot after use.
• Do not share keys/access cards with non-residents.

• Any forms of harassment, abuse, or threats towards housemates, Dash Community Team, neighbours or property management staff will not be tolerated.
• Always communicate with respect and consideration.
• Respect other’s privacy and space.
• Resolve conflicts maturely before seeking assistance from the Dash Community Team if needed.

• Kindly ensure all personal belongings are removed upon check-out.
• Additional cleaning fees apply if the unit is left in poor condition or with excessive rubbish.
• Return all access cards and keys during check-out. Charges apply for missing or damaged items.
