Dash Living Launches Coliving in TST Hong Kong, Expands Managed Portfolio to Over 600 Units

Hong Kong — Dash Living, Hong Kong’s #1 serviced living community, has launched its very first coliving project in Kowloon, Hong Kong. 

Located at the center of the primed Tsim Sha Tsui area on Carnarvon Road, the 51-roomed coliving space offers ensuite bedrooms across 4 floors, each with essential amenities, including mini-fridge, electric cooker, and more. It also boasts facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, communal table and lounge, and open spaces accessible to coliving members including a balcony, and a 1,200 square foot rooftop. Dash Coliving offers a flexible stay policy, and rental can start as short as one month, suitable for expats and locals alike. 

Similar to the existing 250+ Dash Suites tenants, all coliving members can enjoy exclusive perks such as complimentary access to 30+ curated perks around the city, including professional gyms in all branches of VO2 Fitness, office space in Compass Offices locations, and various f&b and wellness partnering venues. The coliving members can also expect to enjoy community events such as Dash Living’s recent rooftop celebration with Moonzen Brewery and Happy Wednesday sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Dash Living was founded by serial entrepreneur Aaron Lee in 2014 and has grown to manage and operate over 300 units across its Suites, Coliving, and Hotel products. Its Dash Hotel is at the center location in Tsim Sha Tsui, in the same neighborhood as the latest Dash Coliving project, whereas its Dash Suites units are in prime locations in Hong Kong covering Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Jordan. 

On top of the units Dash Living operates directly, its home-sharing platform, Dashare, has access to another 300+ units in Hong Kong, making the group’s accessible units to over 600. 

Dash Living currently has over 100,000 sqft under its management and is backed by MindWorks Ventures, with USD 10m of funding to date. Dash Living is expected to diversify its suites, coliving, hotel, and home-sharing portfolio across multiple Asian markets in the next 12-18 months.
