Personal Information Collection Statement

This Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”) outlines how Dash Living and its subsidiaries (“Dash Living” or “we”) collects, uses, processes and transfers your personal data. By submitting your personal data to us, you agree to be bound by this PICS. Supply of your personal data to Dash Living is non-obligatory but failure to do so may result in Dash Living being unable to provide you with the relevant services or information.

This statement serves to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Manner of Collection

We collect personal information across various channels. This includes forms and questionnaires as well as in connection with provision of services, activities or facilities to you at your request either over calls, messaging platforms or in-person. Unless otherwise stated, the PICS shall preside across each of these channels.

Personal Data which may be Collected

From time to time, it is necessary for you to supply us with different categories of personal information depending on the nature of the services, activities and facilities offered. The personal information we collect may include (but not limited to) your name, birth date, sex, address, contact number, email address and identity document information including photos. The personal information may also relate to other persons relevant to the information, services, activities or facilities you have requested such as your children or other family members. 

Purposes of Collection of Personal Data

The personal data you provide to us may be used for the following purposes or any directly-related purposes:

1. processing and assessing applications for activities and services of Dash Living, including verifying the identity of applicants, assessing their suitability and collecting statistical information relating to the applicants;
2. performing administration work related to the operations of Dash Living; 
3. promoting activities of Dash Living, by, among other methods, sending you newsletters;
4. meeting any obligations of Dash Living, in connection with (a) any law, regulation, judgment, court order, sanctions regime, within the regions Dash Living operates; (b) any guidelines, demand or requests given or issued by any legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities within the regions Dash Living operates; or (c) for the prevention, detection or investigation of crime.

We may also, from time to time, use non-identifying information which we collect to promote and/or improve the activities we organize or services we offer which will not particularly identify any individual.

Photo-taking

Dash Living’s staff may take photos of you and may publish them (with or without captions which may also include personal data) on Dash Living’s social media and/or communications for marketing or promotional purposes. Where possible, consent will be requested at the time of taking the photos. Please contact Dash Living if you have any concerns or if you do not wish to have images of you recorded.

Direct Marketing 

Subject to your consent, we may use the personal data you provide for direct marketing carried out by us.

You can unsubscribe from all marketing communications. Every time you receive a mail or an e-mail from us, you will be provided with the choice to opt-out of future mails or e-mails by following the instructions provided therein. You may also opt-out by contacting us if you no longer wish any of the personal data provided to be used in any of the above described direct marketing purposes.

Where disclosure of personal data is necessary to satisfy the purpose, or a directly-related purpose, for which the personal data was collected, we may provide such personal data to:

All personal data we collect will be stored only for a duration that is relevant to the purpose for which it is collected and for as long as permitted or required by the applicable law in the jurisdictions that Dash Living operates.
