Program Overview

By filing a claim or seeking to take advantage of the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This guarantee applies only to Dash Living on Prat, Dash Living on Hollywood, and Dash Living Queen’s.

How the Program Works
  1. Book: You must have a confirmed reservation made via www.dash.co
  2. Find a Lower Rate: If you find a lower rate on an eligible, non-Dash Living website within 24 hours of making your reservation, and it is more than 48 hours before the standard check-in time, submit a claim. 
Verification Process

To initiate a claim, claimants are required to provide clear and legible screenshots from the competing website. These screenshots must explicitly display the competing room rate, ensuring that the hotel name, room type, inclusions and booking dates are clearly visible and correspond with the details of the Dash Living reservation. Claims submitted without the necessary documentation, as specified above, will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.

We will conduct a thorough verification of the lower rate by comparing it to the corresponding booked rate. This comparison will take into account several critical factors, including:

  • Hotel: The specific property in question being the same.
  • Room Type: The same category of accommodation being offered.
  • Stay Dates: The exact dates, check in and check out times of your intended stay.
  • Number of Guests: The same number of occupants for the booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: The applicable cancellation terms associated with the rate.

By ensuring these criteria align, we can accurately assess the validity of the lower rate and uphold the integrity of our Best Price Guarantee. The rate displayed must be readily bookable at the time of comparison and should have the capability to generate an instantaneous official confirmation message from the hotel to the customer. 

Valid Claims

If we are able to successfully verify your claim, we will promptly adjust the rate on your reservation to reflect the lower rate identified during the verification process. This adjustment ensures that you benefit from the most competitive pricing available at the time of verification, allowing you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind knowing that you received the best value for your booking.

All verifications will be confirmed in writing via email, providing you with clear documentation of the adjustment made to your reservation. Once confirmed, reservations made under the Best Price Guarantee are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Eligibility and Exclusions

To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee Program, the following conditions apply:

  1. Channel-Specific Discounts: Discounts exclusive to certain booking channels are not covered by the guarantee. This includes promotions that are self-funded by the channel, such as specific channel promotions.
  2. Package Discounts: Discounts associated with package deals, which may include flights, lounge access, transportation, entertainment, or other bundled services, are excluded from eligibility.
  3. Length of Stay and Stay Period Discounts: Offers that are contingent upon specific lengths of stay, designated stay periods, or particular booking dates cannot be considered under the guarantee.
  4. Cancellation Policy Compliance: To be eligible, bookings must adhere to the same cancellation policy as outlined in the original booking terms. This ensures that all parties are protected in accordance with agreed-upon conditions.
  5. Non-Public Rates: Rates that are not available to the general public, such as negotiated rates, member-exclusive rates, or corporate rates, are excluded from the guarantee.
  6. Rooms listed on the competing website must be publicly accessible, visible, and bookable online at the time of verification. Dash reserves the right to reject a claim if it is unable to confirm the availability of the competing price during the claims processing. Rates that necessitate extra steps, such as logging in to an account or using a discount code, do not qualify for the guarantee.
  7. Auction and Resale Rates: Rates listed on auction websites, cashback or those that are resold are not eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
  8. Employees of any Dash Living company or employees at any Dash Living location are not eligible for the Program.
  9. Final Discretion: Dash Living reserves the right to make the ultimate determination regarding the eligibility of any booking submitted under this program. Dash Living maintain’s the exclusive authority to reject any claim or revoke benefits for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the following:
    1. Violation of Terms and Conditions: Any breach of the established terms and conditions will result in the disqualification of the claim.
    2. Misrepresentation of Information: Providing inaccurate or misleading information during the claims process will lead to immediate rejection of the claim.
    3. Abuse of Hotel Personnel: Any disrespectful or abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the forfeiture of program benefits.
    4. Actions Detrimental to the Program: Any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the program may also lead to the denial of claims and benefits.
    5. Program Termination: Dash Living reserves the right to terminate the Best Price Guarantee Program at any time and without prior notice.

By accepting benefits from a validated claim, you agree to release Dash Living and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from your use or misuse of the Program. This ensures that both parties maintain a respectful and fair relationship.
