On Your Marks, Get Set, HIIT!

The coliving lifestyle is a new way to meet your gym buddy or a friend who will push you beyond your fitness limits 😉 From having Halloween rooftop parties to chilling with friends, there are tons of things you could do on our spacious rooftop. Our latest meet-up involved our tenant Stephane, the avid gymmer to teach us to do his HIIT workout routine at Dash Coliving in Tsim Sha Tsui.
